Free Ground Shipping on Orders of $75 or more!

Orders that are placed before 3PM Central Standard Time (CST) will ship the same day Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3PM will ship the next business day. All orders in the contiguous USA with a subtotal of $75.00 or more are shipped FREE via FedEx Ground or LTL.

When Will My Order Arrive?

FedEx Ground service (for commercial addresses & residential deliveries) offers an average transit time shown on the map above. Ground deliveries are not time-guaranteed, but they are usually on time. Exceptions can include weather delays, traffic delays, holiday shipping seasons, and delays resulting from mechanical failures. If you have a time-sensitive order, we recommend you order a few days early so in the event of an unexpected delay you still have your material on time.

Options for Large Orders?

Orders larger than 20,000 sq ft ship via freight carrier – call us for a quote! For orders over 20,000 square feet we can provide full crates, truckloads via freight carrier, and limited local courier services upon request.

Orders Outside the Contiguous USA

Hawaii and Alaska Customers

Orders to HI and AK are shipped via UPS 2-Day Air service. UPS 2-Day orders arrive in 2 business days, though sometimes there can be a delay. The cutoff time for UPS 2nd Day service is 12pm CST; orders placed after 12pm CST will ship the following business day. So an order placed at 12:01pm CST Thursday will ship out by Friday afternoon).

Delivery Days

If you are shipping to a residential address, FedEx Home Delivery provides delivery Monday through Sunday, including many holidays. FedEx's typical delivery hours are 8 AM–8 PM for residential deliveries.

If you are shipping to a commercial address, FedEx Ground provides day-definite commercial delivery Monday through Friday, and they do their best to deliver during business hours. If your business has unusual or limited operating hours, please let us know when you place your order because it may be best to ship to a more secure location like a shipping center or a local business with extended hours.

No shipments are guaranteed to arrive within the estimated time, so if you have a time sensitive order, place your order a day or two early to give yourself a buffer in case delivery is held up for any reason. Delivery times are notoriously affected by any holiday season and during winter months, so plan ahead!
